Orders ship via UPS Ground from our Texas locations. Rates are calculated live at checkout based on the contents of your cart, and a small handling fee applies per order. Larger orders may ship in more than one box.

If there is a problem with your order — damaged boxes, missing items, or the wrong kit — contact us as soon as it arrives and we will make it right. Unopened kits in original condition can be returned for credit or replacement.

Because these are diagnostic testing products, opened or used kits cannot be accepted for return. Approved wholesale customers should contact their account team to start a return or replacement.
